Delicious Doggie Birthday Pie

Today we celebrated Kensho’s birthday as he turned two.
I’ve made him a delicious birthday pie with two blue candles on top 
.
As this is a very picky Japanese Akita dog that doesn’t like cereals or dog biscuits I made him a special brunch of which I was certain he would love it.
Here’s the very simple recipe I used:
Start with a layer of 200 g of raw minced lamb, then a layer of cooked rice, add another 200 g of minced lamb and finish off with a bit of rice and dried paunch.
