Did your dog never loose that puppy fat or is has he gained more weight over the years than is fit for his body? Then continue reading since overweight dogs have a higher risk of getting sick and having an overall lower quality of life.
So here’s my advice to you:
- Walk your doggie at least one hour a day. At the same time you are taking care of your body as well!
- Do not compensate lack of quality time with your dog by giving him more treats. Hiking, playing and training sessions are the best way to ’spoil’ your canine friend.

My pug mix Lucy, is on Slendtrol. She doesn’t eat more than any of my 5 other dogs, and gets PLENTY of exercise. We live on 14 acres, they run and play all day long as long as it isn’t too hot for them. She is itching something fierce, and is lethargic. Anyone else have a similar experience with this drug? I would rather not have her on any drug, but I’m worried about her heart and diabetes.
